BLUE SPIRIT:  is the bonus club. There are many exclusive benefits for participants, such as discounts, news, and monthly highlights. Membership is free and unlimited.

GOLD SPIRIT: is the recognition club. The participants will receive an exclusive service at all our hotels & residences as well as access to all the benefits of the Blue Spirit Club. Guests are invited to this club after fulfilling the following criteria: 20 overnight stays or spending €5,000 within 2 years. Membership is free.

No, you do not have to be a Blue Spirit member to be eligible for the Gold Spirit Club.

BLUE SPIRIT: You can register via the website: under “Join now”.

GOLD SPIRIT: For this programme, there is no registration. You will receive an invitation by e-mail once you have met the following criteria within 2 years: 20 overnight stays or spending €5,000 within 2 years.

BLUE SPIRIT: The membership is unlimited.

After you receive your invitation to the Gold Spirit programme, you have 2 years to requalify and remain in the programme. This means that you must spend at least 20 nights or €5,000 at our hotels & residences during those 2 years.

GOLD SPIRIT: Once you have accepted the invitation and registered on our website, you will receive the card within 20 days by mail.

GOLD SPIRIT: If you successfully requalify, after two years, you will be delivered a new card by mail.

If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot your password?”. You will be sent your personal password immediately to your e-mail address.

You can easily change your e-mail or postal address in your personal login area under “Your profile”. Or you can call us from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. at +43/(0)50 9911 100

No, you will not get a new card because there is only your name and membership number on your card.

If you need a replacement card, you can easily request it by clicking the menu item “Request replacement card” under “Your profile” in your personal login area. Please make sure that we have your correct address. 

Of course, the replacement card is free of charge.
